Calls from a fixed landline does not require a separate registration. Simply call in and if the dispatching system does not recognise your telephone number you will be transferred to an operator. When you next call in you will have access to the Cabcall automated service, simply follw the prompts to request a taxi. The numbers to call are 131 008 for Black and White Taxis and 9333 3333 for Sunseeker Taxis.
