“Black and White Taxis and Sunseeker Taxis allow you to use your mobile phone to request a taxi through our Cabcall automated service, known as Mobile Express. This means you can request a taxi for up to three (3) pre-determined pickup locations by simply selecting the number assigned to the location. No long period’s on-hold waiting for an operator at busy times, you will be able to complete your taxi request in less than 30 seconds.

The first two (2) locations must be your home address as (1) and your work address as (2). The third can be anywhere such as your favourite restaurant etc. When you are at one of those locations you would call 131 008 and when prompted to do so, enter the number of the location you are at to request a taxi. The details are automatically dispatched to the fleet of taxis, all in less than 30 seconds and without waiting on-hold for an operator.

This service is available to all mobile telephone users and so that we can set you up in our system, you will need to register by completing the registration form below. When filling out the ‘locations’ section of the registration form, please identify the premises by name (where applicable) and type, for example, if registering your home address you would fill in house or unit etc. Or if you are registering a dining establishment it would be ‘XYZ’ Restaurant or café etc. If you have an email address please enter it as this is how we will confirm your registration.
